About Moonflower Tides Where the Moon Pulls, the Tide Delivers.
I started Moonflower Tides in the middle of a life transformation. At 50, I stepped away from the 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. grind and stepped into something wildly different—motherhood, through adoption. An 8-year-old girl changed everything, and with her, came the chance to rewrite my story.
This boutique was born from that shift. A tide of change pulled me toward purpose, creativity, and healing. I needed to build a life that honored who I truly am—and I wanted to show my daughter what it means to follow your own current.
My heart desires to help teach this beautiful young soul to be bold, confident, and kind. To embrace life’s messiness. To meet challenges head-on, learn from hardship, and still rise—always—with her head held high. Like the tides, life will ebb and flow, but strength is in knowing you can move with it and still stand tall.
I didn’t start this to just sell jewelry. I launched this space to share soul-filled pieces that empower and uplift—whether it’s a turquoise necklace that speaks to your spirit, a tote bag stitched with intention, or a thrifted treasure reborn with a boho twist.
Each tote I make carries a secret: a hidden pocket with a bold little truth—sometimes sweary, always real. Messages like “fuck anxiety” or “I’m a total badass” serve as cheeky, loving reminders when life gets heavy. Not every bag swears, but every single one is one-of-a-kind, created with personality and purpose.
You’ll also find one-off pieces revived from the racks of secondhand stores—brand-name gems that I’ve reimagined with patches, fabric, and flair to give them a new life. Because style should be as original as you are, and sustainability is powerful.
This is more than fashion. It’s wearable empowerment. It’s humor, healing, and handmade soul. And it’s just the beginning.
This is more than a shop. It’s a reflection of real life, evolving womanhood, and unapologetic creativity.
